Care Advice
RT Stone always believes in great supplying of high quality products which last for years, as our slabs can be used anywhere from kitchen worktops, office flooring, bars & pubs to bathrooms. Please avoid contact with the sun or water for long periods, this can effect the colour of your surface.
iStone Quartz is maintenance free and can be cleaned with extreme ease. Common household spills – such as: coffee, lemon juice, soda, fruit, vegetable juice, olive oil, etc., are easy to remove. In years of experience, we noticed that black TEA (also turmeric or anything with very strong chemicals) must be cleaned ASAP. If they become hard to remove, please use the products we suggest in "Cleaning Products". Quartz is one of the hardest materials in nature, which is an assurance that iStone surfaces will not easily scratch or chip. The use of a cutting board is nevertheless recommended. Do not place hot skillets or roasting pans directly onto the surface.
Delivery
Delivery time is one of our strong points. We are very organised and we love to do that for our customers.
With our own trucks , we deliver to anywhere in the London and surrounding 100 miles radius within 1-2 days from time of orders, helping our customers meet their scheduled time.…As you already know we also deliver same day if possible.
Cleaning Products
Avoid exposing iStone to chemicals and solvents, especially paint removers or furniture strippers containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride. Keep away nail polish remover, bleach or cleansers that contain bleach, bluing, permanent markers, or inks.
For daily cleaning, use a damp cloth and small amount of mild soap. There are plenty of products that can be used, Cif is one of them but only use the ones adviced by your fabricator even if those products are not on our website.
We advice our customers to use :
1. Lithofin MN Easy Clean 500ml Spray - (if it's not spray, mix it with water before using it. Mix 1 part Lithofin and 5 parts water)
2. Lithofin Pwer Clean (Mix 1 part Lithofin and 5 parts water)
3. The pink stuff miracle cleaning paste - As final solution, MUST be mixed (1 part Pink Stuff with 10 parts water) with water or it can remove the gloss/polish
Warranty
iStone quartz by RT Stone will warrant from the original date of installation material that fails due to any manufacturing defect when fabricated and installed by a iStone Certified Fabricator for a period of Fifteen (15) years. This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of failed material that has been permanently installed in a single-family residence. This Residential 15-year Warranty is available only to the original owner of a single family residence in which iStone fabricator has been originally installed. In the case of a newly constructed single-family residence, this warranty is available to the “first” owner purchasing the residence with iStone fabricator permanently installed and is transferable according to the terms and conditions stated below
